In any organisation, employees will have to work in groups.

A challenge faced by supervisors, managers and HR departments is to ensure that such groups work well together for maximum performance.

In this talk, Katie will show how Social Identity can help teams, leaders and HR professionals to meet this challenge. This will be an interactive session, and you will need a pen!

This event is free and open to everyone. There is no need to book so please just turn up on the night.
