Almost half of people make a New Year’s resolution, and yet many of them admit failure after only one week.
Fifty-four percent of adults have been on a diet in the past year, yet we know only 1 in 20 of them will keep the weight off long-term.
In this talk we will explore the reasons why, and look at what we can do to make our resolutions more likely to succeed.
This event is free and open to everyone.
There is no need to book so please just turn up on the night.
