Dropping Anchor in a Storm

Andy Bradley, Founder Framework 4 Change, Compassionate Circles
Paul Johanson, Kindful Way

Clinical psychologists are faced with complex challenges around their relationship with leadership.  Whilst the profession has a great deal to offer in leading the way to develop sustainable and compassionate work cultures, the context of unprecedented changes and associated work dynamics both within and outside the profession require us to take a reflective stance and consider how we might do this, and the impact it may have on us. The workshop has been designed to engage, explore and encourage learning from our own experiences of leadership. More specifically, it will reference how we relate to the conscious and unconscious aspects of authority and leadership, conflict, change, compassion, and also consider what might be our contribution to sustainable work cultures.
