This workshop explores how our approach to supervision should be adapted to the developmental stage and needs of our supervisees.
FULLY BOOKED - see calendar
At this event the responsibilities of supervisors will be addressed and defined, and careful consideration will be given to how to manage situations where things may not be going as they should be ,or where there are ethical issues to be worked with.
These areas are rarely black and white and require a mix of reflection, consultation and supervision.
Completion of this series of four workshops confers eligibility to apply for entry onto the Society's Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS) via the approved training route, which is designed to recognise psychologists with special expertise in supervision.
The workshops are spread out to allow delegates time for reflection and practice, and should be attended sequentially.
Feedback from previous delegates has stressed how valuable this course has been for their development as supervisors, and as supervisees.
A full list of workshops can be found here.
