Members of the Society have put forward proposals for four new sections: cyberpsychology, defence and security psychology, male psychology and political psychology.
The new sections will need one per cent of the membership of the Society to support the formation of each new proposed section. Once this target has been reached, approval will be sought from the Board of Trustees and then a ballot of the membership. If the majority of those returning their ballots are in favour of the new sections, the formal forming of the new sections will be announced at the next AGM.
