This weekend retreat will offer the opportunity to develop your personal practice of mindfulness.
You will take part in guided practices moving in and out of silence over the course of the weekend. There will also be an opportunity to consider how to develop a supportive learning network locally for those interested in pursuing teacher – training in MBSR/MBCT.
The retreat will be facilitated by Dr Paul D’Alton (Senior Clinical Psychologist) who is founder and Co-Director of the MSc in Mindfulness at University College Dublin. He is also Head and Clinical Lead of the Psycho-oncology Department at St Vincents Hospital, Dublin. Dr D’Alton is also former President of the PSI.
