
An introduction to memory management and rehabilitation measures that are suitable for people with dementia, stroke and TBI
Participants will refresh their knowledge of the more aspects of human memory that are relevant to coping with memory problems
Participants will be able to apply the knowledge of non-pathological memory to design rehabilitation and management programmes for people with a range of memory deficits
Speaker
Paul Whitby - is a free-lance clinical psychologist and trainer. He has worked in older adult mental health for several decades but always avoided working in memory clinics. He is the author of The Memory Book, a copy of which will be provided to all participants
