We are going be making a submission to the Department for Education’s consultation on the SEND review and would welcome contributions from your and/or your colleagues.

Please find attached a full list of the consultation questions, though our response does not need to answer every question.
Broadly, some of the topics the review is seeking evidence on are:
- What factors should be considered for the development of national SEND standards?
- What steps should be taken to strengthen early years practice?
- What more can be done by employers, providers and Government to ensure accessibility to apprenticeships for young people with SEND?
- To what extent do you agree or disagree that a reformed and integrated alternative provision will result in improved outcomes for children and young people?
- What support do local systems and delivery partners need to successfully transition and deliver the new national system?
